今天要那跟大家介紹我們工作室的手吹玻璃體驗課。

Today I would like to introduce you to our glass blowing class.
怎麼參加體驗課？
在參加體驗課之前請記得使用mail或是網上預約喔～才不會撲空。
從小樽運河約20分鐘的車程就能夠抵達我們的工作室了。

體驗課能夠做什麼？
我們的工作室都有一般基本的作品可以選擇！都可以參考Meau，假設你有自己的設計或是想法，在體驗當天都可以提出，那我們也會和您一起討論並協助您完成作品！
What can you make?
We offer many choices (please refer the menu),and if you have any idea or design, please let us know before the class.
＊接下來是體驗課流程介紹＊
在體驗課程開始之前會再次和您介紹體驗內容，並和您溝通作品形狀、顏色、花紋。 此外也會準備一張紙，請您簡單地描繪出作品形狀、設計等等。
On the date, before your class, we will show you some examples of glass work, and make sure that you have decided on your desired glass shape, color, and design. At the same time, we will prepare some paper so that you can sketch your design.
之後我們會準備乾淨的圍裙、手套、袖套請您帶上，以確保在高溫的製作過程中避免受傷。
因為在製作過程中玻璃都高達1300°C呢！
In class space, the glass furnace goes as high as 1300 degrees celsius, so we will ask you to wear gloves and anapron to avoid injury.
在製作過程中，初學者完全不用擔心，因為有別於其他工作室，我們的體驗課最少由『2位』專業老師詳細的解說和協助您完成作品。
此外小朋友當然也可以安全、安心的參加體驗課喔！
There will be as many as two instructors to teach you how to make glass, so our class is also suitable for beginners and children.
在每個杯子的底部也會使用木頭壓平，讓杯子能夠穩定放在桌上。
We will flatten the bottom of your piece by using wood to ensure that it will sit stably on a table top.
在塑形同時由兩位老師指導，讓整個體驗過程更安全，更安心。
When shaping the glass, we will have two teachers who will be there to assist you.
在解說之後，學員都有單獨操作工具的機會。
and you will have a chance to make glass by yourself.
製作時間一個人約10~15分鐘就可以完成了！！
It will take about 10~15 mins to make a work.
作品完成後，因為高達約500°C，放在一般常溫會馬上裂開，所以會放在專屬的窯爐裡慢慢降溫，降溫時間都需要1天半左右。
當天是不能把作品帶回家的，您可以隔兩天店取或是我們幫您郵寄（郵資另計）。
Your completed work will be put into the furnace to cool down, which will take two days, so you can either pick up your works yourself or we can ship them to you. (postage costs extra)
